A developer named OptiJuegos recompiled the PC version of PES 2013 to run directly inside web browsers using WebAssembly. It requires zero downloads and supports local controller play. The catch is the online claim. Local multiplayer on one screen works fine, but the website itself explicitly notes that online multiplayer is still under development and not live yet. It is an impressive browser port, just keep your matches on the same screen for now.
