During the filming of Dil Diyan Gallan for Tiger Zinda Hai in Austria, Salman Khan painted the giant 20 by 20 foot portrait of Katrina Kaif directly onto the frozen lake. Director Ali Abbas Zafar confirmed that Salman created the artwork himself using natural paints sourced specifically to stick to ice. Khan is a longtime painter, so the production team chose to feature his real artwork in the music video instead of relying on CGI.
