The guy calling himself Dr. Jonathan Reed was actually named John Bradley Rutter, and he was neither a doctor nor a PhD. Investigative groups and UFO researchers thoroughly debunked his claims decades ago. The DNA expert Reed cited to validate his alien turned out to be an employee at a local mini mart, and the creature in the video was just a prop.
