The man in the blue jacket is speaking French, shouting "C'est une dame, elle est toute seule!" That translates to "It's a lady, she's all alone!" He is appealing to the crowd to leave her store alone because she is an isolated woman defending her shop by herself. Nobody in the clip says "Muslim sister" or mentions religion at all. The phrase "mon frère" that he uses simply means "bro" or "man", which is standard French slang used by millions of people daily. The post added fake text to invent a narrative that never happened.
