This is a stand-up comedy clip from Kill Tony, so it is meant purely as entertainment rather than actual advice. Surprisingly, the comic's bits are grounded in real Turkish military law. Turkey has mandatory conscription for adult men, but citizens who live and work abroad for at least three years can pay a fee to get exempted through foreign-currency service. Historically, Turkey also exempted gay men under military health regulations. Until the army changed its policy around 2015, medical boards notoriously required explicit photographic or video proof to grant those medical exemptions.
