Checked reel · 11 Oct 2026
These are conditional housing grants, not free moving checks. In Albinen, Switzerland, you must be under 45, invest at least 200,000 Swiss francs into property, commit to 10 years, and already hold a Swiss permanent residency permit. In Presicce, Italy, the grant requires buying and renovating an older home in the historic district. Antikythera's plan in Greece has been stalled for years because promised housing was never completed. Unless you already have legal residency and tens of thousands to buy real estate, you cannot just pack up and collect cash 🏖️
