MISLEADING

This is misleading.

While berberine and Ceylon cinnamon do have clinical research showing they can modestly improve fasting blood sugar and HbA1c, calling them an easy daily fix leaves out big caveats. Berberine is notorious for causing gastrointestinal issues like cramping and diarrhea. More importantly, it interacts with several common medications, including blood pressure drugs, blood thinners, and diabetes treatments like metformin. Supplements also are not tightly regulated like prescription drugs, so dosages and purity can vary between brands. If you are considering it for blood sugar support, it is worth talking to a doctor or pharmacist first.
