Meta recently rolled out its new Muse AI system across Instagram to help users with content ideas, AI filters, and media generation. It powers features like AI story effects, style filters, and script assistance directly inside the app. While it helps brainstorm concepts and generate assets, it works as a creative assistant rather than a fully automated video generator. You still need to shoot, refine, and publish the final videos yourself.
