MISLEADING

This tier list is mostly solid on relative daily travel costs, but it gets a key entry rule wrong.

Laos is not visa-free for Indian passport holders. Indians actually need a Visa on Arrival or an eVisa to enter Laos, which costs around $40 to $50 (roughly ₹3,300 to ₹4,200). It is still a very budget-friendly destination once you land, but calling it visa-free is inaccurate. The rest of the details check out. Japan does charge a base tourist visa fee of ₹500 for Indian passport holders (plus VFS service charges), and Uzbekistan allows 30 days of visa-free entry if you hold a valid US, UK, or Schengen visa.
