The video correctly explains the scientific framework Nobel laureate Kip Thorne created as the science advisor for Christopher Nolan's film. The tesseract was never meant to be a natural feature of a black hole. Kip Thorne's model explains that fifth dimensional bulk beings (implied to be future evolved humans) intercept Cooper inside Gargantua. They construct a three dimensional tesseract to shield him from the singularity and allow him to use gravity to pass data across time. Once Cooper sends the quantum code to Murph, the tesseract collapses and carries him through higher dimensional space back to our solar system near Saturn. It is theoretical bulk cosmology, not just random movie guessing.
